MarketLink is located in Spartanburg, SC where we have a 48 seat expandable call center capable of meeting any customers needs.  Our callers are not robots but are goal oriented for the campaign they're currently working on.  With MarketLink you're going to get callers who have real world business experience that will give the same professional impression any of your best representatives would.  We strive to be the furthest thing from the overseas call centers that there is in the industry and that is a hard working American company that has the business accumen to handle any businesses outsourced telemarketing needs. 

History

MarketLink was started in 2004 as a support call center for consulting businesses.  Seeing that there was a need for back end support of technical surveys for consulting companies and other businesses the company got its roots.  Since that time MarketLink has worked with nearly every industry on every type of call that a business can make.  Our core objectives has stayed true to the business consultants that started this company.
