Customer Mapping

Customer MappingCustomer Mapping is a process we have developed over time to help companies that are looking to move into a new market or bring a new product or service into an existing market.  Here we map the key buying factors, objections, market size, and individual potential businesses that would be a good prospect for you. 

We do this by utilizing several of our services and bringing it into one project.  Secondary research, survey and data collection calls, and our list services are used in our customer mapping process each time.  In most cases this rolls dirctely into a lead generation campaign where we take the information gathered and use it to start to generate hot leads. 

We start with an in depth conversation or series of conversations with the goal of learning as much about the product or service that you will have to offer, along with who you expect to target and what that business looks like. From this point we will either do additional secondary research on the new market or we wil design and develop a market survey that can be conducted.  Once that is approved and we have everything there we are looking to understand we will do a block of survey and data collection hours.  We will look to learn about what companies are buying today and what those products or services do well or do poorly on.  We will look to see who they are buying from today and why they're buying from them.  We will ask questions that will help us understand how to script lead generation calls and we will learn who are the true prospects and which ones should be targeted first.  At this point we will come back and present to you all the findings of the survey in a presentation and pull an initial list of targeted businesses to pursue.
